From the colorful seaside towns to the light house and cliff views of the ocean, even on a cloudy day, the Great Ocean Road fills our day with spectacular views!

Our gracious comrades driving the roads,
 Monica and George! Thanks!!!

Great little spot to stop by the lighthouse and grab a coffee, fresh bakery item and a parking spot :)

Across from the cafe was a beautiful garden in one of the homes that was worth a jump from the car to
capture few more flower photos!

These cockatoos have a powerful voice!

This sculpture adds such wonderful whimsy to the town!

BEAUTIFUL FALLS surrounded by a forest of eucalyptus trees,  it smelt wonderful!

As we return to our hotel the countryside decides to
let the sun shine in :)

Melbourne takes us to the Wharf

Our upgraded room was a marvelous treat! Views from every room, including from the giant soaking tub! Ocean from our room and the city scape and river views from our huge living room! Feeling a bit spoiled! Alan working long hours and nice to see him enjoy his place to relax....well if you can picture him even relaxing. Anyways we arrived on Sunday and the Wine Festival was going on, so we grabbed the camera and walked around the WHARF that we see from our window :)

One of the flowering plants in the colorful crates below.

This was a great place to just hang out......lots of plastic furniture and BEAN BAG CHAIRS :)

Fun way to display plants along the water front!

The river boats here are low in order to fit under the wonderful low arced bridges.

One of four HUGE metal sculptures.

Alan's favorite sea creature :)

Love the mirror reflections above this bat ray.

Our view from sea level :)

Cool  Architecture!
